Measures of Life

I made this post two months ago but forgot to actually publish it. For lack of a good story - I was introduced to a new standard by which to measure "time" passed in one's existence, after announcing I'd made it all the way through my first vial of insulin and cracked open my second.

....Tubes of toothpaste. (Unless you're one of those crazies who uses more than one tube at a time...then it doesn't count)
